The website is designed to make placing your order easy. Simply follow the instructions to move through each page.
LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS - RETAILERS / TRADE CUSTOMERS ONLY
- So that you can place orders, you must be logged into the system. To begin, click on the ‘LOGIN’ link from the home page and enter your BUCKLE customer number and password. If you are not a BUCKLE customer, click on the ‘Apply Now’ button to register. You will need to download and complete our credit application form and fax it to us for processing. Once your application has been approved you will be advised of your BUCKLE customer number and you may use our online ordering service.

HOW TO PLACE ORDERS
- To start placing orders, click on the product categories located below the logo and browse through our range. Alternatively you can use the search tool (located in the top right hand corner of the website) to search by product or strap code. From here, simply follow the onscreen instructions.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER
Throughout the online ordering process you will have the ability to update or change an order, however once an order is submitted it cannot be amended. If you require your order to be cancelled or changed please contact the Buckle customer service team on +61 2 9798 5333 immediately. Please note orders submitted after 11.00am each day will be processed the following business day.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Effective from 1 July 2010, BUCKLE will offer all retailers and other trade customers free delivery on all orders. Please note that minimum order quantity of 20 units / $350.00 applies to all made to order styles. Minimum order quantities do not apply to stock service lines.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND DISPATCH/ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The BUCKLE website will notify you via email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This acknowledgement constitutes acceptance of your order. BUCKLE reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order. DELIVERY
All stock service item orders will be dispatched within two working days (if orders are placed before 11am). All 'made to order' items will be dispatched within 10 working days. Any larger orders, in excess of 100 pieces may take up to 15 working days depending on availability of raw materials.
On rare occasions, the delivery of your order may be delayed, BUCKLE will endeavour to keep you informed on the progress of your order. These delays can stem from setbacks in receiving raw materials or increases in demand over a short period of time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Before returning stock, please contact customer service on +61 2 9798 5333 to request a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. BUCKLE recommends that the retailer / trade customer is to utilise a registered post and parcel insurance service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Buckle Pty Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices published are correct and all products have been fairly described. Buckle Pty Ltd has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right equipment and software installed to access our website and to protect against viruses and other malicious acts that may damage your computer.
